Managing ADHD Without Meds: Dr. Gary Kracoff to Speak on Alternative Approaches

Two free presentations; open to the public. Tuesday, September 11 and (correction!) Wednesday, October 3.

Gary Kracoff is a registered pharmacist and doctor of naturopathic medicine. He is currently a pharmacist at Johnson Compounding & Wellness Center in Waltham, MA, providing guidance and consultative services. His philosophy is to treat whole people, not their symptoms.

Kracoff focuses on finding the “why” to what is happening physically and mentally, and works with individuals to restore balance in the body. He frequently lectures at pharmacy, medical, and health-oriented conferences, and is now the educator at the Academy of Integrative Medicine, conducting two- day seminars for health care professionals twice a year. Kracoff also serves on the faculty of the Center for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy.

Where: Johnson Compounding & Wellness Center,
577 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02452

When:  7:00 - 8:30pm, Tuesday, 9/11 and
                  Wednesday, 10/3/12

Kracoff will discuss safe and effective natural alternatives to stimulant medications involving diet, exercise and nutrition, including the use of vitamins and other supplements.

NOTE: This is not a recommendation of any treatment for ADHD, or an endorsement of any company, product or indivIdual. There are, however, concerns about the long-term effects on children of prescription stimulant medications.
