The Federation for Children with Special Needs
May 14, 2014
Since the Rosie D. decision issued on January 26, 2006, behavioral health in Massachusetts has evolved into wrap-around, home-based and comprehensive services for all children with "serious emotional disturbances."
This Webinar, an interview with the staff of Massachusetts Family Voices (a program of the Federation for Children with Special Needs), will examine what services are available through the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative, including services for children in foster care or transitioning back to foster care after time spent within residential placements. Levels of care, potential stumbling blocks and interagency relationships will be discussed.
