Parenting is hard work! Leave the kids at home and treat yourself to this series of 6 blissful Tuesday evenings at NESCA with Hannah Gould, M.Ed, RYT.
Sessions will include:
- Mindfulness and meditation exercises
- Pranayama: Yoga breathing techniques to calm the nervous system
- Restorative yoga poses: supported poses that allow deeply held patterns of tension to release; no yoga experience is required, and absolutely no hard work is involved!
- Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra means “yoga sleep”. It is a form of guided relaxation done while lying down and resting. Yoga Nidra requires no effort or skill, and it even works if you fall asleep! Each session will conclude with a 30 – 45 minute Yoga Nidra session.
When: 6:45 - 8:00pm Tuesdays, July 11 – August 15

Cost: $150 for the 6 week series or $250 per couple.
