Plugged In is a nonprofit rock band program in Needham teaching kids throughout Massachusetts about using music to create positive change in the world.
Plugged In’s Music That Matters Summer Camp is for kids ages 10-19 and includes band class, songwriting, recording a song for a CD, music video, workshops, offsite events, and performance opportunities. Each session ends with a benefit concert that raises money for a charity chosen by the students themselves.
- Session I dates: July 6-17
- Session II dates: July 20-31
- Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM (extended hours available)
- Registration ends when MTM reaches capacity (25 students per session) or on June 6, 2015.
