SPaN's 5th Annual Special Education School Fair - Thursday, April 2nd

Tailored to the needs of placement decision-makers and consultants.

Special Education Schools from across the state and beyond will be exhibiting with representatives available to discuss how their unique program can address various students’ academic, cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, clinical, therapeutic, physical, sensory, medical, adaptive living and vocational needs.

  • Academic methodologies
  • Unique program services
  • Physical plant and facilities
The location at the Royal Plaza in Marlboro allows for up to 100 schools. To see the growing list of participating schools, click here. This year, we are very pleased to have many of the Collaboratives exhibiting with us.

Special education service providers will also be participating this year. A select list of resources, vendors, profit and non-profit service providers have been invited to exhibit, and will be just outside the main presentation hall.

Who should attend: special education administrators, Out-of-District Coordinators, special education advocates, attorneys, therapeutic and clinical evaluators, therapeutic service providers and other professionals who contribute to decisions on educational programs and placements.

SPaN is excited to announce a concurrent IEP Clinic for parents and guardians attending SPaN's 2015 School Fair. We are thrilled to be able to provide parents with the opportunity to meet with an experienced special education advocate/parent consultant to discuss their IEP concerns.

Individual clinic sessions will last for up to 50 minutes, first come, first served. The IEP clinic will start at 8:30am and conclude by 12:30pm. In order to participate in the IEP clinic, a parent or guardian must register for the School Fair.

When:  8:15am - 12:45pm Thursday, April 2, 2015

Fees:     Pre-registration by March 27th - $40/Member;
                  $60/Non-Member; Unregistered, $70 at the door

Lunch: $15.00 per person must be registered for,
                   and purchased separately.

Cancellations/weather policy: No cash refunds will be offered if a program is held. Written cancellation requests received at least a week prior to the Fair may transfer payment to an upcoming program in the 2014-2015 calendar.
